More about EEYORE

Meet the loveable Eeyore!

Mr Eeyore arrived here at Battersea London as a stray, with two other dogs presumed to be his siblings as they were around the same age.

Much like his animated namesake, this loveable cuddle bug looks very sorry for himself and is misunderstood.

Eeyore quickly comes out of his shell and has shown himself to be a excitable yet sensitive unsocialised soul who, after his rough start in life, is looking for new owners who will give him the loving home he so deserves.

He is a quiet boy and at 18 months old he is still a young lad with a lot to learn. With the right training & guidance he will make the best friend any new owner could wish for, he really enjoys spending time with his known people and really enjoys calm hands-on fuss.

He has been an excited boy with all the people he has met and will need continued training on how to greet people more calmly. With dogs he can be a bit sexual and again will need some continued lessons in doggy etiquette.

New owners should continue socialising Eeyore with new people and dogs in a constructive way, to help this youngster grow up to be a well mannered gentleman.

If lovely Eeyore sounds like the companion for you, then please contact the rehoming team at: rehoming@battersea.org.uk, ensuring you have first registered for rehoming on the Battersea website: https://www.battersea.org.uk/rehoming.

Please note due to volume of enquiries we may have at any time, we will ONLY respond to homes that we feel best meet his needs.
